We miss it too. That’s why we are searching for a Middle Project Manager to work on one project in the travel industry. Yes, we know about COVID-19, but our client has some innovative ideas that will soon change the world’s traveling experience.
About the project:
The project is under NDA. 🤫 But we’ll share some secrets with you.
We work on creating a new product in the Travel industry. We have a dedicated team that works on this product: three BE devs, one FE dev, one QA, and one conversational designer. The client is from NY, but don’t worry about late calls. We don’t have many. Now, the team is working on releasing the first version of the product. They have many ideas on what to do in future interactions.

You will work on:
— Leading the cross-functional team on a daily basis.
— Working on the product roadmap together with the Client team
— Facilitating the scrum ceremonies (adopted in Scrumban)
— Day-to-day communication with the Client team
— Weekly reporting on the project progress
— 2+ years of experience in project management in IT company
— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
— Excellent verbal & written communication skills — you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users (in English)
— Good understanding of IT services company
— Excellent knowledge of specialized project management software(JIRA)
— Proven track record of launching digital products
— Focusing on winning as a team. You know how to explain what success is and keep the cross-functional team on track to win. You know when to step in and help the team make decisions to stay on track.
