We need you — a detail-oriented Strong Junior QA Engineer.

What exactly we need from you:
1 year of experience in manual QA
— Good understanding of IT services company
— Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and practices
— Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English
— Knowledge of testing terms, principles and tools
— Ability to write test documentation
— Experience working in an AGILE project framework
— Not necessary, but we value these special needs:
— Experience in testing Web and API-based applications(REST/SOAP), performance testing
— Experience working with machine learning and NLP
— Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
— Setting customer service standards
— Monitoring quality of the projects
— Create acceptance criteria, checklists, functional specifications, develop supporting documentation for release (user manual, etc.)
— Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating manual testing activities
— Determinate test strategy
— Work on multiple projects simultaneously as a QA engineer
— Chatbot content management
— Reporting bugs to the bug-tracking system
