HTML Email Developer (Retention)

Must-have skills:
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and tools;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Advanced experience with Mailgun, Selzy, SendPulse, and similar services;
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email development;
• Ability to work with webhooks;
• Understanding of DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and other email authentication protocols;
• Experience in setting up and configuring necessary tools for email marketing;
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategy;
• English proficiency — Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize email templates (HTML/CSS) for promotional campaigns in an online casino;
• Set up, warm up, and manage domains, ensuring high trust levels and deliverability;
• Work with webhooks and integrate email templates into the Smartico platform;
• Configure and manage DKIM, SPF, DMARC signatures to optimize email deliverability;
• Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize strategy based on data;
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness;
• Monitor industry trends and email marketing requirements, implementing necessary updates;
• Maintain and update documentation on email processes and best practices.

Desired skills:
• Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Optimove, Smartico, and similar;
• Experience in omnichannel communication;
• Basic knowledge of JSON;
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance marketing strategies.
