Office Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Please note, we will consider candidates only full-time in an office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative function
• Strong Intermediate (and higher) level of English, both written and oral
• Excellent time management, communication and multitasking skills
• High level of attention to detail, responsibility, proactive attitude to problem-solving
• Ability to independently make decisions and resolve issues within their position
• Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus but not obligatory
• Experience in organizing corporate events.

What will be your tasks?

• Organizing daily operations and security of the office
• Ordering groceries, household goods and branded gifts
• Incoming and outgoing correspondence management
• Execution of personal assignments of the management
• Arrangement of team building for employees and business trips
• Providing support to the Human Resources department in onboarding, offboarding, and all HR matters.
