— Experience in leading operations in international business;
— 5+ years experience in Gaming/Gambling/Betting company with a focus on B2C and B2B business development;
— 10+ years experience in IT management/CEO/Operations Director/General Management/Managing Director in companies with more than 50 employees;
— Experience in digital marketing, knowledge of the latest marketing trends is a must;
— Experience in finance modeling, proven P&L budgeting and planning experience;
— Experience with KPI system implementation;
— Established network of contacts within the gaming industry would be a plus;
— A strong leadership and networking ability;
— Fluent Russian/English is a must.
— Provide inspired leadership for the team, drive a professional and performance-oriented progressive culture;
— Collaborate and communicate with the operation, marketing, development teams, senior management and stakeholders to deliver a business growth plan which is focused on driving revenue and product quality;
— Create and optimize company policies, procedures, guidelines to enhance workflow and resources efficiency;
— Managing the profitability of the company;
— Create and implement the company’s and team KPI system;
— Take responsibility for all KPIs related to P&L, ensure that profitable business growth and commercial success are achieved to meet the business targets;
— Ability to navigate our organization and product in a constantly changing world, seeing opportunities and risks, and taking action;
— Readiness for business trips.
