— 2+ years working experience in IT-company and finding the best talents;
— At least 1+ years of work with technical vacancies with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
— Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
— Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
— Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
— Business acumen and market insight;
— Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
— English intermediate+.
Will be a huge plus:
— Experience in the gambling industry.
— Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc;
— Screening candidates resume;
— Create job applications;
— Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
— Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
— Builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
— Maintaining a database in a HURMA system;
— Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement.
— Work in a skilled team and interesting tasks;

— One day per week can be remote;
