Team: Head of Sales, Sales manager, 2 Sales representatives, Partnership manager

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges effectively

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers

• Previous upsell experience, with a focus on driving revenue growth within existing accounts.

• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with blockchain niche

Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets and expand our business within existing accounts

• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver additional value to clients.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact

• Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and solutions
