We are currently looking for a skilled Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to drive growth of the corporate English business unit by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads that can potentially convert into clients, expanding the client base, increasing brand awareness among potential customers, and laying the foundation for a successful sales process.
Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 15 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!
ABOUT YOU:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar position;
- Experience identifying and researching potential clients using various platforms and tools;
- Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, SalesLoft), and cold outreach best practices and techniques;
- CRM management experience;
- Data management and reporting skills;
- Market research and analysis skills;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Finding and analyzing potential clients using various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, specialized databases) to identify potential leads;
- Segmenting and categorizing contact lists based on the target client profile;
- Communicating with leads: initiating first contact with potential clients (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.);
- Gathering preliminary information about the client’s needs, maintaining a database of leads in the CRM system;
- Transferring qualified leads to the sales team;
- Co-planning communication strategies with key clients;
- Analyzing the market to identify new potential niches and segments;
- Monitoring competitors’ activities in the corporate training domain.
