In the Sales Agent position, you must communicate with clients from the US and European countries via chat and phone to assist in buying the best suitable product package for each customer.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Organize and manage platform sales to increase customer numbers and profit.
• Work with writers to ensure their maximum productivity.
• Provide full information support to all our customers during their first visit to our platform, demonstrating our benefits.
• Upsell, offering the most affordable and complete solution package.

• An engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• Refined written and spoken communication skills in English.
• An enthusiastic, inquisitive, and enterprising attitude.
• A fast learner who is flexible and copes well under pressure.
• Experience in B2C Sales is an advantage.
• Participation in Work & Travel programs, internships, conference appearances, and abroad studies will be considered a significant asset.
