As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, forging high-value partnerships, and driving our global expansion. Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in affiliate programs or media buying teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and key terms (CPA, CPL, CPM, SEO, RS, postbacks, etc.).
  • Experience working with tracking systems (Keitaro, RedTrack, and others).
  • Ability to systematize and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience in iGaming and Betting niches.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:

  • Deep understanding of product funnels, marketing metrics, their interconnections, and strategies to influence each of them.
  • Experience in launching and managing various marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience working with SEO traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Conducting research on niches and offers for potential launches.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
  • Sourcing new partners and establishing long-term collaborations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics on a daily basis.
  • Communicating with marketers to optimize profitability.
  • Setting up integrations with partners, including postback configurations.
  • Collecting and analyzing revenue and conversion data.
  • Managing IO agreements and overseeing high-volume revenue streams.
  • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining TDS systems.
  • Analyzing funnels, including landing page selection, offers, and other key elements.
  • Preparing reports and developing presentations.
