Now we are looking for a person who can bring new expertise and experience into our paid traffic acquisition. So, If $300 000 spend per month is not something big and you or your team spent much more than that with positive ROI, then you definitely need to apply.


— You will analyze the current paid campaigns.
— Based on analysis you will create a strategy or steps for improvement.
— Implement new paid traffic channels.
— Implement best practices in different teams and products.


— You have experience in managing a team or several teams in different Paid Traffic channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok ads etc.
— You have successful Paid Traffic campaigns with budget $300 000 + monthly.
— You know how to scale and increase the volume of Traffic.
— You work with such metrics as Profitability, Cost of Sale/Lead.
— You have experience in highly competitive niches.
— You create a strategy and integrate it.


1st stage: communication with the recruiter (a telephone format, up to 15 minutes).

2nd stage: communication with TL and recruiter (60-90 minutes).

3rd stage: communication with the team (60 minutes).

4th stage: test task (paid).

5th stage: collecting recommendations.

6th stage: offer!
