Now we are looking for a Product Analyst who can, wants, and knows how to do cool stuff!

Necessary Skills:

— A/B test, user behavior research
— SQL /MySQL/Pyton etc
— good knowledge in statistics and mathematical modeling
— data visualisation & reporting

Personal Qualities:

— graduate in quantitative scientific, engineering and/or mathematical discipline
— passion for research and ability to dig deeply into the problem / curiosity / carefulness / persistence
— strong data-driven storytelling and presentation skills: ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics
— proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative and work with little supervision
— independent learner / desire to invest extra efforts for personal / professional growth:
— acting as a team player and having highly developed communication skills
— English (intermediate): ability to find & read required information / studying

Responsibilities:

— analyze A/B tests
— create the prototypes to automate different business processes
— search for insights that help to improve the product, data-driven storytelling
— extract data from database, calculate some advanced metrics, and do reporting
