Congratulations to the Team, we achieved a next level. Because of several things. Some of them will be listed below.

Happy, that we started the .Net direction with good enterprise projects. Finally, we strengthen our JS direction with a well-known corporate one. A very good combination. With which we can soon perform also our own products.

By my professional background — over 20 years, worked with very strong standards and even stronger requirement to keep the standard or to change the standards to better ones, when they are not good enough — it is a LEAN basics, from where the IT re-branding started regarding Agile, Scrum, etc...
I learned a lot about different cultures and approach’s. For example, I was on several business trips in Japan, and in some of the companies, they have a separate room, in which they can give out all of the stress collected. And usually it was a “boss doll”, or simply the picture of the boss — to do whatever is needed :)
