We are actively growing and are looking for a Medical Sales Manager who combines strong sales skills, mature communication, and genuine empathy for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets and financial goals.
  • Managing the full patient journey: handling inquiries, identifying needs, selecting the best clinic offer, and supporting patients at every stage of their treatment.
  • Active communication with patients via chat, email, and IP telephony.
  • Working with medical records and the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the Team Lead and colleagues to achieve maximum results.

Our perfect match:

  • English B2 or higher.
  • Result-oriented and motivated to sell and earn.
  • Strong communication skills: able to persuade, negotiate, and clearly present the advantages of medical packages.
  • Proactive with a strong desire for financial and professional growth.
  • Willing to communicate with patients outside working hours when necessary.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience in sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Medical education or experience in the healthcare field.
  • Other languages.

  • Fixed salary from $500 to $750 (depending on experience) + sales commission + $500 bonus for successfully completing the probation period.
