We invite you to work as a Medical Coordinator at Bookimed.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming requests from patients seeking treatment abroad.
• Communicate and interact with patients through various channels (chat/phone/email).
• Working with the CRM system: filling in patient requests to create patient profiles.

Mandatory skills:

• English (B2 and higher).
• Communication skills (arguing, persuading, and negotiating).
• Empathy and ability to work with complex patients.

Nice to have:

• Medical education/experience/practice.
• Experience in sales.
• Understanding of demand and the ability to select the most suitable offers.
• Work with the CRM system.
