Bookimed.com is a leading healthcare marketplace for patients looking for the best treatment options abroad. We get over 10,000 requests monthly and cooperate with TOP 500 hospitals all over the world. The main goal of our medical team of 80+ people is to help patients find the best medical solutions suitable for them.

Our platform includes:

• Listings of hospitals, doctors, and special offers, with the ranking algorithm to provide the best experience for the user (based on the conversion rate, reviews rating, and other parameters)
• The messenger platform to connect patients and hospital representatives, using messengers and internal accounts
• BackOffice for creating and managing a clinic’s profile.

And now we are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Product Manager who has ambitions to create a global product. We see your key task in transforming our service from Sales-Lead to Product-Lead to increase the conversion rate of each step.

Necessary requirements:

• Extensive Product Management experience
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• GoPractice Certificate and Amplitude practical experience
• End-to-end product analytics experience
• Customer development practical experience
• UX/CRO (conversion rate optimization) success cases
• Product hypothesis (creation, validation)
• Product requirements documents (success metrics, user stories, acceptance criteria).

What you will be doing:

• Find growth hypotheses from user needs and strong analytical skills to improve key product metrics and indicators
• Implement the necessary data infrastructure for making data-driven decisions
• Conduct user research and user interviews to get customer pains and insights and transform them into product solutions
• Constant collaboration with CEO and line managers to develop a product strategy and an action plan for its implementation
• Manage product processes for the rapid delivery of features to the product and assess their effectiveness.
