BlueVPS OÜ is looking for a Customer Support / Sales Team Lead in Sales Team with
Requirements:
— At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in hosting company or in managing a small commercial (sales) team;
— Experience in customer support position / sales in hosting company from 3 years;
— Understanding of hosting industry specifics and server hardware;
— Attention to details, analytical thinking and proactivity;
— Intermediate English or above level of English, advanced in Ukrainian and Russian;
Responsibilities:
— Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets;
— Improving the department’s technical proficiency;
— Quality control for the department (tickets and chats);
— Evaluate client requests to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps, and take the lead in resolving them;
— Work with data and prepare detailed sales reports;
— Hands-on involvement in complex sales cycles, especially with enterprise clients;
— Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and provide ongoing coaching;
— Participate in industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness;
