• 2+ years of experience as Talent Sourcer/Recruiter or similar roles in IT area
• Excellent sourcing skills using different platforms (LI, Github, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT market and recruitment tendencies
• Internet search experience including job boards, job posting and networking
• An extensive knowledge of internet sourcing tools and methods, including highly-developed proficiency with Boolean search logic, internet mining
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates
• English level Upper-Intermediate (oral and written)

• Create a robust pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;
• Establish positive relationships with active and potential candidates;
• Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about the company and position.
• Write up candidate summaries (including current compensation, salary expectation, motivation for seeking new opportunities, timing constraints, etc.)
