Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist to own and scale our outbound and inbound lead generation efforts. You’ll work closely with the founders to build repeatable systems that bring qualified B2B leads to sales → not vanity metrics. We have lots of inbound leads, and your role to identify the best leads and get them on a call for upsell.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and own lead generation across outbound and inbound channels
- You need to be experienced with automation/AI tools. We don’t plan to grow headcount for this role, so the ability to automate and scale repeatable processes is essential.
- Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, tools like Clay/Apollo, etc.)
- Define ICPs, buyer personas, and targeting strategies
- Source, enrich, and qualify leads (companies + decision makers)
- Work with marketing on campaigns, launches, and experiments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation or growth
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and enrichment tools
- Background in SaaS is a big plus.
- Able to work independently and move fast without heavy processes
