Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of the entire product experience—from discovery to pixels in production. You’ll work closely with the founders, engineers, and users to shape a category-defining product used daily by recruiters around the world.

You’ll be our first full-time design hire, so this is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process: from user research and prototyping to hi-fi UI and design QA.
• Turn complex workflows (like call parsing, note editing, ATS syncing) into intuitive and delightful experiences.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ship fast, beautiful, and functional features.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate quickly.
• Develop and maintain a simple, scalable design system.
• Push for design quality and product thinking across the company.

Qualification

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products (SaaS, productivity tools, or AI interfaces a big plus).
• A portfolio that shows you can simplify complexity and create clean, thoughtful, user-centered designs.
• Comfort working across the entire product design process, from rough ideas to polished UI.
• Strong Figma skills and experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Curiosity and initiative—you’re proactive, thoughtful, and care deeply about the user.
• Bonus: experience working on B2B tools, ATS integrations, or with recruiting/sales teams.
