Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales on the US market
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English) is a must
Proficiency in using CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)
Previous experience with Sales in web-design, web development, or digital marketing services on the US market
Self-motivated and self-organized, able to problem solve and work with limited direction
Experience in the development and implementation of sales processes & sales team management

Duties and responsibilities:
Working on the development of Sales strategy, client acquisition methods, sales processes from scratch;
Communicate on a daily basis with US local business, working with inbound leads (sales calls, preparing proposals, managing CRM);
Working with US-based business development managers on new leads and prospects;
Development of outbound sales channel;
Cooperation with internal Project Managers on a daily basis;
Ability to build, lead and motivate a successful team with increasing company growth
