Qualifications and Skills:
— 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR, a good understanding of key recruitment processes;
— Proven experience in hiring personnel, especially in the field of IT and Marketing;
— Professional experience in outsourcing, IT company or Marketing/Web agency will be a plus;
— Upper-Intermediate English;
— Proactive approach, ability to create internal processes and policies for the company’s sustainable development
— Being able to manage and support all recruitment & HR processes of a startup company

Duties and responsibilities:
— Manage an end-to-end recruitment process from writing job specifications and assisting in salary decisions through to sending offer contracts;
— Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams (1:1, 360);
— Participate in HR processes automation;
— Managing corporate events and team-building activities.
— Managing general people operational activities (employee data);
— Cooperation with Accountant regarding employees’ payrolls calculation;
