Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with start-up
At least 2+ years of IT and/or Digital marketing sales experience
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities;
Experience in finding leads (outbound) on UpWork and LinkedIn
Experience in closing deals on your current or previous positions
Good negotiation skill (ability to reasonably make your point)
High level of autonomy (including an ability to find possible solutions in unknown situations)
Fluency in English, Ukrainian or Russian (written & spoken);
Duties and responsibilities:
Lead generation in digital marketing and/or IT on UpWork and LinkedIn;
Closing inbound leads;
Create and improve sales processes and procedures;
Working with CRM, creating proposals for Clients, maintain other related documents;
Client relations,communicate with leads using social networks, chats, messengers, and emails
