Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT outsourcing company;
Working full-cycle recruitment process in an organization (searching, selecting, and headhunting candidates);
Supporting candidates during the hiring process;
Monitoring industry best practices and identifying opportunities for SD Solutions to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
2+ years of proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including best practice approaches in IT/Blockchain.
Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
Good understanding of the worldwide IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team;
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
Ability to handle multitasking effectively;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Will be a plus:
Experience in international recruitment;
Experience in Blockchain domain;
