Необходимые навыки

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in game industry, with at least 1 shipped title.
• Have a strong drawing skills.
• Have a strong knowledge in Photoshop.
• Have a basic texturing in Substance Painter.
• Have a basic understanding in 3ds Max and ZBrush.
• Have a basic understanding of shaders and materials.
• Strong 2d, ability to take a concept image of varying detail to 3d model.
• Demonstrate excellent creative and technical problem solving ability.
• Strong attention to overall detail, with ability to prioritize tasks, focusing attention on the most important parts to maximize schedule.
• Must be committed to delivering the best possible results and achieving visual expectations.
• Possesses the ability to take direction and feedback from the team as well as contribute ideas.
• Understands the artwork is functional to the game, has game play relevance and implications.
• Passion to weapons/military.
• Be able to adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work in strict deadlines.
• Be able to read technical documentation in English


• Create high quality 3d assets
• Optimize Assets for performance and budgets
• Close cooperation with Lead / Seniors, Concept Artists and Level Design team
• Ability to organize own work
• Searching the most appropriate references
• Modeling from concepts and references
• Writing documentation
Test is required Interview only after test done


• Provide technical process to deliver content
• Take ownership of content production technical aspects
• Work closely with Lead Artist/Senior Artists, Concept Artists, Animators and Designers on design and function of weapons, and attachments.
• Set up and integrate assets into game engine.
