— Hands-on Unreal Editor experience
— Work closely with the Directors to understand the overall game design vision
— Assess the Workload vs. Production capacity, plan work, and set priorities for the Game Design team
— Allocate duties and follow the progress of each feature during sprints
— Communicate the project objectives, strategies, and general information to all team members to give visibility on the progress of game development and other crafts
— Actively participate and act as a regular liaison in the decision-making process with management and oversee the necessary adjustments to ensure the Game Design team meets expectations
— Supervise the creation of clear and structured Feature design documentation to ensure that gameplay design is understood and that team members are working on the right elements
— Attend playtests and be solution-oriented when it comes to incoming issues
— Alongside the Game Director, carry out performance reviews
— Participate in the hiring process
— Help maintain a positive work environment that is motivating for team members and which fosters development
— Support team members in their career advancement as well as suggest them development and interpersonal skills training and techniques sessions
— Fluent English
— Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the F2P games space
— Prefer experience shipping First Person Shooter games
— Ability and passion to create world-class games
