Our ideal candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all studio’s SLA’s. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing dedication to the creation of our product.

Therefore we are expecting:
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting with proven achievements history
• Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level
• Ability to lead the full-cycle recruitment process
• Experience of personal and talent management
• Ability to handle multitasking effectively
• Good communication and empathic skills
• Problem-solving and open-minded person
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to present these changes to employees in a proper way
• At least Intermediate level of English

Обов’язки

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media, professional networks and through referrals;
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings);
• Implement and optimize the recruitment process;
• Assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Hire the most qualified candidates who cover our hiring needs, meet our long-term objectives and add to our culture;
• Manage all communication with candidates until they get onboard
• Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
• Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS);
• Participate in HR branding and HR activities
