Junior System Administrator (вакансія неактивна)

Blackthorn Vision is looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our team!
(Only office-based role in Lviv)

Requirements:

• 1+ years of successful experience as a System Administrator;
• Understanding of core IT security and architectural components (firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, authentication, encryption, traffic management, storage, databases, virtualization, configuration management);
• Knowledge of OS: Windows; Linux; Mac OS, MS Products (+ Office 365);
• Good network administration skills and experience with repair hardware: PC, Laptop, Routers, Switches, Printers );
• Experience with VMware, HyperV;
• Understanding of network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;
• Experience with system automation and deployment tools;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• English level — Intermediate.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Unix System, Mikrotik, Fortigate.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the internal office infrastructure and ensuring its continuous work;
• Troubleshoot issues and outages (diagnosing and solving problems with the provider, wi-fi, operating systems, drivers, etc);
• Monitoring the performance of servers and auxiliary equipment;
• Search and elimination of technical problems arising from the company’s employees in working with services;
• Preparation and commissioning of new workplaces of employees;
• Purchasing equipment in accordance with the required configurations.
