Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of management experience in IT outsourcing industry in Ukraine;
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing area including lead generation, email campaigns, marketing collateral development, creating ideal customer profile, etc;
  • 3+ years experience in Sales and Customer Engagement areas including proposal development, negotiations, contract sign off, account management;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend data;
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning;
  • General knowledge of SEO;
  • Proven success with sales, and demonstrated knowledge of sales process;
  • Advanced English knowledge (excellent oral and written communication skills).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing and sales teams focused on lead generation and new customers engagement;
  • Build one team and organizational function that would unite sales and marketing activities;
  • Increase Blackthorn Vision’s brand awareness among targeted customer profiles;
  • Lead business development activities and oversee sales pipeline;
  • Establish and monitor team’s KPIs, provide monthly reports and analysis to C level team;
  • Establish a smooth customer journey starting from initial contact to contract sign off;
  • Define and implement sales and marketing strategy on company level, choose priorities and plan activities accordingly;
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust company’s sales & marketing strategy so that it is in line with market needs and company’s capabilities;
  • Oversee and conduct yearly CSAT surveys, analyze gathered feedback and develop action items for improvements.
