— At least 3 years of experience in IT recruiting;
— Deep knowledge of the IT market and technical literacy;
— Expert level skills in the full cycle of the recruitment process and sourcing channels;
— Successful experience in closing senior-level vacancies;
— A self-driven, proactive, and energetic person who can manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode;
— Strong network of contacts and established industry relationships;
— Great communication, negotiation, collaborative and interviewing skills;
— English — intermediate strong and higher.

— Create job descriptions based on teams’ needs and the company’s culture;
— Active sourcing (X-ray, Boolean Search) on a variety of platforms (StackOverflow, GitHub, LinkedIn, Djinni);
— Conduct interviews & build strong pipelines;
— Track all interview results and profile information in the company’s internal database (Cleverstaff ATS);
— Successfully close vacancies with relevant candidates in the shortest possible time;
— Strategic planning: work on the yearly/quarterly hiring plan;
— Collect and analyze metrics, provide changes based on recruitment analytics;
— Assist in increasing the company’s HR brand.
