Senior WordPress Developer (вакансія неактивна)

Our client’s company works in the e-commerce business, providing the possibility of connecting big retailers with small shops via their B2B marketplace. They have already built a marketplace and want to rewrite it using up-to-date e-commerce technologies, so this product would be easier to scale and maintain for the next decade. The client operates in the USA.

We are currently in the final stage of PoC for the new B2B marketplace based on WordPress/WooCommerce/Dokan. The plan is to build a new B2B marketplace, implement a new design, migrate data, and roll out in the next 6 months.

Stack of the project

PHP 8.3, WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, MySQL/PostgreSQL, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudfront, etc.), JS, jQuery, CSS, HTML

Responsibilities

Participate in all development and DevOps processes from the beginning till roll-out.

Requirements

At first, we are looking for a Senior specialist, but later we are going to hire a Middle one.

For a Senior position, it is mandatory to have experience with:

• AWS — 3+ years
• PHP — 5+ years
• WordPress — 5+ years
• Woocommerce — 3+ years
• Dokan (or other B2B WordPress Plugins)

For the Middle position, it is mandatory to have experience with:

• PHP — 3+ years
• WordPress — 3+ years
• Woocommerce — 1+ years

• Upper-Intermediate English speaking level
• Fluent Ukrainian speaking level

We’re following 2-week Sprints with Story Point estimates, refinements, planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Interview process

• HR interview (30 min)
• Tech+PM interview with live coding tasks (90 min)
