Junior Ruby Engineer (вакансия неактивна)

We are looking for a Ruby Engineer to work on a brand new project from scratch and learn from colleagues. You need to have experience with at least one commercial projects to join the team.

Our client is a Canadian software company that is providing the supply chains of household names like Sony, Procter & Gamble, and Pfizer.
It’s a software solution for brands to collaborate on increasingly personalized consumer goods.

It’s a SAAS Product built with Ruby on Rails, React and deployed to AWS. Our API is REST and GraphQL.

What would be your responsibilities:
Develop a web application under Team Lead supervision
Fix bugs and work closely with QA team
Deliver functionality meeting deadlines

1+ year of commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Experience with testing frameworks
Web application basics
Experience development RESTful APIs
Good knowledge of the Git and UNIX environment
Intermediate English

Will be a plus:
Experience with Cloud (AWS), Docker
Experience working in an Agile team
Examples of real-world projects with available source code (public repository or archive of the source)
