An exciting chance to work at one of the forefronts of Interaction design. Take concepts and turn them into rough prototypes. Work with the design team to solve 3D design challenges and develop new interactions in the AR space. Our AR solution delivers architect BIM models to the construction field through back-end processing and Hololens App.
— 3+ years as a Frontend developer, UI designer, UX designer, IxD designer, or similar experience working in a design or development capacity on a digital product.
— 1+ year of experience developing lightweight/rapid 3D prototypes.
— Experience designing or prototyping interfaces for AR/VR. Magic Leap or HoloLens a plus. Working knowledge of MRTK is a big plus.
— Proficiency in Unity 3D.
— Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, and Invision.
— Passion for creating interfaces and interactions that delight the user while helping them work efficiently and accomplish their goals.
— Able to work through several iterations in a timely manner based on feedback to improve and refine concepts.
— Flexibility, open-mindedness, proactive attitude.
— Can work closely with the technical team and understand the technical implementation principles (Scrum/Agile environments).
— Fluent English
The ideal candidate is a developer with a strong interest in UX design or a designer with experience working in Unity 3D. This role requires working closely with the design and development teams to capture concepts and create working prototypes. Must be able to communicate on a technical level about 3D interaction concepts. This position will also be involved in creating user testing strategies and modifying prototypes based on user feedback.

— Full-time job focused on designing and prototyping interfaces and interactions for a live Microsoft HoloLens app.
— Create concept sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design efforts.
— Work with the design team from brainstorming to rough concepting to prototyping to user testing.
— Work with the dev team to brainstorm technical approaches and handoff interactive prototypes for polish and implementation.
— Use design thinking principles to build streamlined user interfaces that solve goals with elegant simplicity.
— Interact directly with project stakeholders to collect design feedback and iterate on mockups and prototypes.
