Bizzabo is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper in Ukraine to join our Finance Team. As part of the bookkeeping team, you will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company’s extensive growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage accounts payable cycle, including processing multicurrency invoices, new vendors setting up, approval flow maintenance, etc.
• Work in a multicurrency and international environment.
• Responsible for several bank accounts and credit cards (local and foreign), including reconciliation and monthly controls.
• Record daily financial transactions.
• Handle all Credit Card related activities- global and local.
• Work closely with the Lead Bookkeeper and the rest of the Finance Team.
• Assist with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example, payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc.).

Who you are:

• Certified Bookkeeper (level 1-2).
• 2+ years of experience working as a bookkeeper (including bank reconciliations and AP work).
• Experience working with Netsuite.
• High level of English, both verbal and written.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including a local Israel entity, finance, local requestors, and vendors.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Understanding of Israeli Tax Law and all VAT reporting guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration with team members.
• Experience working in a hi-tech, fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Working with Tipalti / Mesh payment platforms is a plus.
