Bizzabo is a product company and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kyiv to manage our rapid Kyiv office growth. Our Talent Acquisition Team is a true business partner who enables the hiring process in partnership with hiring managers and the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Represent the company brand and who we are as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers
  • Actively source the best talent using best practices
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, focusing on R&D roles
  • Constantly bring new initiatives to increase employee engagement and participation to meet hiring needs
  • Establish metrics and analyze recruiting efforts on a quarterly basis, then create strategic recommendations from the results of the analysis
  • Creatively think of new ways to reach candidates and help establish Bizzabo’s Ukraine employer brand
  • Be the ambassador for Bizzabo’s referral program to encourage team members continued participation
  • Meet recruitment KPI’s to ensure company growth

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably, in a product company
  • Experience working with hiring managers from different countries
  • Proven experience working with position requirements & branding
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing techniques
  • Proven experience in working with placement agencies and headhunters
  • Ownership and accountability, you are a trusted partner to both hiring managers & candidates, can guide hiring managers and provide them with the solution to fulfil their hiring needs
  • An exceptional eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen and identify fit for both professional and cultural qualities
  • Passionate about job market pace, technology and knowledgeable about the tech industry
  • You have inner drive that thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good level of English — both written and verbal
