We are currently looking to add a Solutions Architect to our growing Client Services team at Bizzabo with a specific focus on middleware/automation services! As a Client Solutions Architect, you are a deeply technical individual with great customer-facing skills, and know-how to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of our existing and future customers.

When it comes to designing mission-critical solutions you are the expert; this can be demonstrated by a track record of happy, referenceable customers and deals won. They appreciate your technical acumen and your diligence. This specific role has a heavy emphasis on working with middleware platforms such as Tray.io, Blendr, Workato, etc. to design and deliver various integration solutions to our customers.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with developing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions on middleware platforms.
  • Experience with the Tray.io automation platform or similar is highly desired.
  • 3+ years of experience with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, GRAPH QL, etc.)
  • Hands-on software development background
  • Strong JavaScript and/or Python skills
  • Familiarity with different types of authentication (Basic, OAuth, SAML, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML, jQuery, CSS
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of organization and great attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua is a strong plus.

WOULD BE A PLUS

  • Experience in support or customer success
  • Computer science, engineering, or related degree
  • Experience working with production and/or content delivery via modern web technologies such as RTMP, WebRTT, SIP, and related

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Take full hands-on ownership of current integrations developed and running on various middleware platforms, specifically Tray and Blendr, with the industry’s most common marketing automation platforms.
  • Focus on development, testing, documentation, and deployment of reusable solutions to meet our customer’s business needs.
  • Develop technical scopings, POCs (proof of concepts), holistic solutions, and risk analysis to achieve customers’ goals.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to offer technical consulting, provide guidance to close deals, identify opportunities and satisfy customers
  • Create customer-facing best practices and how-to guides
