Bizzabo is looking for its FIRST internal IT manager to support internal IT infrastructure across three Bizzabo offices (Kyiv, NY, and Tel Aviv).

Bizzabo also powers events for brands like Amazon, IBM, Bloomberg, Datarobot, HubSpot, Forbes, Uber, Electronic Arts, Siemens, Bank of Ireland, and The Wall Street Journal. The company was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has more than 260 employees in its New York, Tel-Aviv, and Kyiv offices.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
— Build/implement a system for internal IT management;
— Install and configure the Mac laptops;
— Install and control MDM (Mobile device management);
— Install and configure the software necessary for the work of employees;
— Support internal IT infrastructure (workplaces of employees, installation and management of employee software, internal services, management of access rights, support of network infrastructure, WiFi, etc.) Across Bizzabo 3 offices (Kyiv, NY, and Tel Aviv);
— IT onboard newcomers (purchasing and setting up equipment, software) and offboard employees who are leaving the company;
— Write and provide instructions and security policies for the software (VPN, connecting printers, using calendars, connecting to services, etc.);
— Quickly and easily solve technical problems;
— Create and maintain service catalog;
— Develop and constantly improve knowledge base or self-service portal.

WHAT YOU HAVE
— Experience with using, troubleshooting, and maintaining SaaS services;
— Must have: Gsuite Enterprise, Slack, Zoom;
— Nice to have: Fleetsmith or JAMF, Apple MDM;
— Have experience with managing massive software updates for the whole company;
— Implementing G Suite security best practices for Drive, Apps, and more;
— Experience in implementing end-point verifications using G Suite;
— Experience in deploying Kernal-based software on Macs (Such as antimalware);
— Know and follow the basic rules for information security;
— Experience in implementing SMAL and SSO apps;
— Writing procedures and processes to support security and privacy across the IT of the company;
— Proficient level of English.

WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS
Have an understanding of ITIL / ITSM.
