Bizzabo is a product company and we are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer in Kyiv to join our fantastic team, building a totally new Hybrid Event platform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be part of R&D, running the software development methodologies and processes, from designing all the way to the implementation and monitoring
• Contribute your analytical abilities and enthusiasm for research and provide solutions to challenging problems.
• Focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Improve the architecture, design, and implementation of the applications
• Enthusiastically research new methods for doing things
• Provide solutions to challenging problems

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 4+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin or similar
• Working with databases such as MySQL
• You feel at home with the Spring framework
• Built microservices architecture for large scale
• Have a deep understanding of security risks
• Familiarity with the Linux
• Working with AWS infrastructure: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, etc.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English — both written and verbal
