Bizzabo is a product company and we are looking for a Data Analyst — Revenue Team in Kyiv to join our fantastic team, building a totally new Hybrid Event platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Use advanced analytics and BI tools to execute top-notch marketing analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from multiple large data sets
  • Analyze marketing performance and user conversion funnel data to identify opportunities to improve ROI
  • Partner closely with the head of marketing and marketers to identify impactful business and marketing problems and translate them into structured analysis, actionable insights
  • Translate business questions and requirements to structured analyses and accordingly define suitable methods, techniques, and solutions
  • Deliver valuable outputs, recommendations, guidelines, conclusions, and insights
  • Work closely with the marketing teams and GTMs stakeholders
  • Plan, build and maintain BI reports for the marketing team and senior management to help them make a better decision

Required experience:

  • BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background
  • Must have experience with Hubspot
  • At least 4+ years work experience analyzing large datasets in analytics or product-centric role
  • At least 2+ years work experience as a Team Lead
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with BI tool (Tableau/Looker)-Big advantage
  • Experience in marketing analytics or a digital/performance marketing role — an advantage
  • Self-learner, multi-tasking, strong analytical skills, able to work independently, initiative, strategic thinking, highly organized, pays attention to details, “can-do” approach
