Before Bits Orchestra was a company, it was a desire. An intention to realize own potential, ideas and attract people with similar views. Those who are able to create a culture that is needed to sustain innovation and value.

We managed to keep a cozy, ‘home-like’ atmosphere and we are proud of it. Being able to speak out and be heard, being trusted and supported are the things that our peers appreciate the most here. The Bits Orchestra was based on the belief that talented and eager people with the power and autonomy to succeed would have an amazing effect. We have worked thoughtfully to create an inclusive, agile and collaborative work environment where employees feel challenged, and all voices are heard.

Bits Orchestra is focused on solving business’ problems combining people, technologies, and data in a single workflow. We help companies increase efficiency by empowering it with simple, but smart tools and solutions.

Employees: 37 (at the beginning of September 2022). Also, we have a small but qualified team in Azerbaijan.

At Bits Orchestra we understand the importance of a quick candidate journey through the recruiting process, so we use a simple but effective scheme.

Depending on the level of seniority (trainee or senior) we have 2-3 stages of selection:
— Test task (for trainee and junior positions).
— HR interview
— Tech interview (in some cases, we combine these two stages (HR and Tech) to save you time)
— In some cases (mainly for high seniority level positions) an interview with a client can be required.

We know how to work in a fast-paced environment and do everything to ensure our company’s stable and safe operation. Our office is a separate building near Lviv, where we have ensured uninterrupted power supply and constant access to the network using Starlink. It is a cozy and safe place where you can work, eat and even spend the night if necessary. We take care of our employees, thereby taking care of the result we show our customers.
