In this company, you can be fired on a Friday without even a call from THE BOSS, Mark Hammonds. The guy expects you to log 8 straight working hours into the tracking software, not (3 + 3 + 2 with pauses during the day). He doesn’t realize that programming is an intellectual job, not a factory job for which the 8-hour working day regime was invented. He pays you like a kitchen worker in the US, takes a lot of cash value from your job, but can fire you in a manner worse than a kitchen worker would experience. There was a good team to work with, but management was poor (the company uses an entire Trello board as a company board with a bunch of rules to follow, like speaking with coworkers only in work chat, not in private, and making requests via Trello card, and so on).
