We are looking for a Publisher Manager to grow and manage publisher partnerships with a strong focus on performance, quality, and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals;
• Closing deals;
• Expanding existing database of partners;
• Organizing, labeling, and managing CRM system;
• Daily mailing routine — contacting newly registered or potential partners;
• Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts;
• Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our widgets and technology;
• Preparation of Marketing offers for advertisers;
• Analyzing the quality of newly registered or potential publishers;
• Controlling company partners’ satisfaction level.

Requirements:

• Working experience in an affiliate network or ad industry for 1+ years;
• Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail with the ability to multi-task;
• Ability to provide world-class client service;
• Strong analytical skills and excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Experience with AdTech and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem is a plus;
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Understanding media buying processes;
• Analytic skills;
• Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills including experience analyzing data sets across/between multiple data platforms;
• A sense of humor is a plus.
