Main responsibilities:

• Work with CRM systems and manage game events;
• Calculate the economic model in the game (expenditure and income of the game currency, complexity curve);
• Formalize and document the design to communicate it to the project teams;
• Manage regular LiveOps Activities;
• Conduct quality control for assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of game design (gameplay, player psychology, game mechanics) and UX principles;
• Understanding of in-game economy and balance, player types, mathematics, and probability theory;
• Analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down into their key variables and identify the relations between them;
• English level — Intermediate +;
• Passion for games.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel;
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency;
• Work experience with shipped products;
• Understanding product LiveOps cycles.
