Main responsibilities:

• Development and improvement of R&D new funnels, approaches, and creative solutions;
• Setting up new advertising platforms and traffic sources;
• Generating and testing new funnels and approaches for launching advertising campaigns;
• Conducting A/B tests and optimizing conversion;
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports on media planning.

Requirements:

• Experience in launching paid advertising campaigns on platforms (Banner, Native, Push, and Pop Networks);
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with advertising networks such as Google, Ad Networks, Facebook Ads, and Twitter;
• Experience working with budgets starting from $5000 per month;
• Experience working with TDS systems such as Keitaro, Voluum, Binom;
• Ability to analyze and process a large volume of information;
• Understanding of key metrics such as conversion, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, and others;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Experience in traffic purchasing based on CPM, CPC, and CPA models;
• Skills in searching and testing new combinations.
