Bitmedia Labs — an international product IT company, has been in the industry since 2014, effectively functioning on a worldwide scale with a crew of 100+ ambitious and highly skilled professionals, creating successful projects in domains such as online advertising systems for the crypto space, blockchain games and NFT products.

Main responsibilities:
-Coordinate work of the production team;
-Support team in managing tasks priorities;
-Help organizing tasks tracking by managing Jira, keeping it clean and up to date;
-Communicate with team members to resolve roadblocks;
-Work closely with CTO, Product Owner and other management to help deliver vision to the team and organize the scope;
-Provide visibility to management about current project status;
-Drive daily activities to help team organize — set up meetings, follow ups, updates.
-Proactively identify risks and initiate risk management
-Support Production management in continuous improvement of development process.

Requirements:
-1+ year of project management experience in product company;
-Knowledge of Project Management methodologies;
-Understanding of software development lifecycle;
-Experience managing both technical and Web projects;
-Good knowledge of tracking and office tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
-Good communication and self-organization skills;

Will be a plus:
-Shipped Web projects in portfolio will be a significant plus;
-Working with team of programmers, QA, art, design and UX will be a plus.
-Game development experience will be a plus.
-Working with live projects.
