We are now looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating and providing quality support for all questions in chats and via email;
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback;
- Ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when it is necessary;
- Working actively with other departments to resolve current issues/tasks;
- Tracking the status of a complaint/question, providing a solution;
- Maintaining an internal customer database and necessary documentation;
- Providing your insights & recommendations to improve our customer support team and its processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- Experience in working in a customer service role for 1 year or more;
- Experience collaborating and gathering feedback for product development teams;
- Analysis and presentation skills (ability to analyze user feedback and escalate it in a timely manner);
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills and attitude.
