Bistox is a pioneering cryptocurrency exchange that combines the power of blockchain technology, FinTech advancements and leading-edge trading tools. We are expanding our Business Development Department and seek to hire an experienced billing manager.

What you will do in this role:

• Payment processing
• PSPs and banks: onboarding process, integration, routing, cascading etc.
• Monthly / yearly reports
• Monitoring the process of payments, optimization, transaction results analysis
• Creating standard operating procedures improving billing accuracy and cash flow
• Monitoring and approving manual refunds on a daily basis
• Communication with internal teams and external providers for troubleshooting

Job requirements

• 2 or more years experience in a Bank, PSP, FinTech
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher
• Upper-intermediate Russian level or higher
