IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and close positions across two directions:

• sourcing for current clients: fulfilling active requests from the company’s existing clients;
• sourcing for lead-gen requests: processing inbound requests from the lead generation team and quickly sourcing relevant candidates for them.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: from job analysis to the candidate’s start date;
• Sourcing and selecting candidates for current clients’ requests;
• Processing lead-gen requests and quickly sourcing relevant candidates;
• Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ hard and soft skills;
• Maintaining the candidate database and vacancy reporting (ATS/CRM);
• Liaising with internal teams on vacancy status;
• Maintaining communication with candidates at every stage of the process.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of commercial experience in recruitment within the IT field;
• Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the specifics of the IT labor market;
• Experience sourcing for rare and complex positions;
• Experience using various sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sources and tools);
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
• Strong communication skills, able to negotiate with both clients and candidates.

Expected results

• Closing 1-2 vacancies per month (minimum expected result);
• Fast CV generation for initial screening ahead of technical interviews;
• Using AI tools to speed up sourcing and selection.

Nice to have

• Verifiable facts and reporting on results of your own sourcing at a previous company;
• AI tools in your stack, or hands-on experience implementing AI tools in your work;
• Official training certificates or completed courses;
• Experience with lead generation or sales in IT;
• English at B1+ or B2 level;
• Experience working at an outsourcing/outstaffing company.
