AI Engineer

Our client is a leading B2C e-commerce company in the Nordics and Benelux, helping businesses procure office supplies, PCs, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment. They are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Software Engineering background to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python and Microsoft AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into AI solutions.
• Deliver production-ready applications following software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to Dustin’s AI Center of Excellence by promoting responsible AI and engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, particularly AI agents or agent-based systems.
• Ability to design and implement:
• AI agents;
• orchestration logic;
• end-to-end workflows;
• business process automation;
• production-ready AI applications.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into AI solutions.
• English — В2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Agentic Framework.
• Experience working with cloud-native AI solutions.
