We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to assume ownership of several existing accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include fostering customer excellence and assisting clients in achieving customer goals on a regular basis. In this pivotal role, you will be entirely accountable for the successful achievement of client goals and values and for hitting the success criteria of new projects, collaborating with project managers. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a Account or Sales Manager position.
— Experience in managing project portfolio.
— Excellent knowledge of CXM frameworks.
— Experience in pre-sales and estimates.
— Excellent problem-solving and diplomacy skills.
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
— Ability to build strong relationships with members of development teams.
— Ability to coach and mentor PMs.
— Ability to manage by KPI (and cascade to people you depend on).
— English level Advanced or higher.
